Beautiful statue depicting the Roman Goddess of Law and Morality, known as Blind Lady Justice. Her blindfold represents her blind eye to the injustices that came before her. This piece is over 100 years old. A perfect desk gift for a lawyer. The first depiction of the beautiful Lady Justice was in 1543. The design has been a popular reproduction since then. Signed A. Mayer by the German artist Alois Mayer. Similar statues sell for up to $2,000.
