This is a beautiful, signed, black and white photo (dim 8” by 10”) of Jane Fonda in 1984. The picture was taken by celebrity photographer Harry Langdon. The photo is signed “Maria, Peace, Jane Fonda” in black sharpie. Fonda is a prolific actress, known for her work in Grace and Frankie (2015-2022), Barbella (1968), 9 to 5 (1980), and Cat Ballou (1965). Besides her work in film, she has also appeared in several Broadway performances––There Was a Little Girl (1960), Invitation to a March (1960), The Fun Couple (1962), etc. Fonda is also known for Jane Fonda’s Workout, which premiered in 1982 and was the highest-selling videotape of all time. Over the course of her career, Fonda has received two Academy Awards, two BAFA’s, seven Golden Globe Awards, a Primetime Emmy, an AFI, an Honorary Palme d’Or, and a Cecil B DeMille Award. This is a lovely photo of this great actress and activist and would make a great collectible.
