Rare Patek Philippe & Cia lever pocket watch - fine and unusual, was made it two tones - 18 Karat White and Rose Gold. Beautiful open-face key-less pocket watch has mechanical wind movement, silver style face with silver matte style inner face and quarterly Arabic numerals, elegant rose gold style hands. Seconds sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
Cal"17 nickel-finished jeweled (18J) lever movement, two tone silver style dial, applied rose gold style Arabic numerals and enameled baton and minute track, rose gold style feuille hands, subsidiary, circular Art Deco style case, raised bezel, round bow with fluted shoulders, snap on back with engraved inscription "G E S".
