Orson Wells once said James Cagney was, "Maybe the greatest actor who ever appeared in front of a camera". Known primarily for his tough-guy roles, James Cagney appeared in dozens of films from 1930 to 1981. Most notably, his performances in Taxi!, The Public Enemy, and White Heat stunned audiences. Cagney's signature is seen on the right side of the image and appears to be written in marker.
