TIFFANY & CO VINTAGE SG SPECIAL EDITION W/ HAMILTON C. 1950'S - $20K APPRAISAL & CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

One very beautiful and rare Tiffany Tank Watch. A very early edition made circa 1950. It has what's called the hidden bar lugs in a beautiful aged gold-toned dial, large Arabic numbers and markers, sub secondhand at six o'clock. A beautiful rectangular tank. What's very unusual about this is this is one of the earliest Tiffany watches made. Not only is it solid gold, but it has a very unusual, which we love engraving and pedigree on the bottom. It belongs to the quarter century club and was Harry J. Jacquemus. It was given to him. The quarter century club was typically a club that was given that honored members that worked for organizations or companies for a minimum of a quarter century, which is 25 years. It was given to Mr. Jacquemus on February 23rd, 1953. Typically it was made, it was manufactured several years before that. This is on the back, it's also marked Hamilton. So this is a co-branded watch, meaning Hamilton manufactured the watch with Tiffany's name on it. So Tiffany could resell it. Tiffany watches that are co-branded are extremely rare and sought after by collectors. Uh, about a year and a half ago, Patek Philippe celebrated their 150th anniversary and relationship with Tiffany's, and they sold one of their stainless steel Nautiluses with a blue dial at auction. And it sold for almost $7 million in stainless steel. The retail price was $70,000 and it sold for approximately 100 times the price! This watch here is an absolutely perfect condition. It has a beautiful mustard aftermarket strap. It comes in a beautiful mahogany display box, exactly as pictures.
