SALVADOR DALI ANTECEDENTES DE LOS TRIPODES FOTOGRAFICOS PRINT -$20K APPRAISAL VALUE!
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Published in 1977, this Salvador Dali original print, entitled "Antecedentes De Los Tripodes Fotograficos", reimagines Francisco Goya's "Los Caprichos" series from 1799. After carefully studying each image, Dali would modify each one with his characteristically whimsy style. Differing from Goya's original composition, "Los Chinchillas," here the inside of the basket below has been colored red to match the bowl of the spoon.
This print is the 27th of 200 and is numbered and signed in pencil. The plate number, 50, is on the top right. It comes with a letter from Dali Archives Ltd. that certifies its authenticity.
