This is a vintage mini poster for the 1975 Universal Pictures film “Jaws”. This high quality print measures approximately 9.5’’ high x 6.75’’ wide and is signed by director Steven Spielberg, screenplay writer Peter Benchley, Actress Lorraine Gary, and actors Richard Dreyfus and Roy Schneider with a a black ink felt-tip pen in the center of the picture. This mini poster is in excellent condition and is professionally framed with red and blue matts and a varnished wood frame.
Jaws is a 1975 American thriller film directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Peter Benchley's 1974 novel of the same name. Jaws was the first major motion picture to be shot on the ocean. Jaws was the prototypical summer blockbuster, regarded as a watershed moment in motion picture history, and it won several awards for its music and editing. It was the highest-grossing film until the release of Star Wars in 1977. n 2001, it was selected by the Library of Congress for preservation in the United States National Film Registry as "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".
