This is an original work by Larry Rivers (
1923 – 2002). It is called The Camel and is numbered as the 37th of a total of 120 prints. It is also signed by Larry Rivers in the bottom right corner. Rivers liked to hand draw portions of his prints. This makes this specific print unique. This piece's artist was an American artist that was involved in the pop-art movement. This particular work is a recreation of the popular Camel Cigarette logo. This limited edition print shows the early stages of pop art, in the late 1970s.
